Why Join?

Do you want to make  friends with people who like a challenge and are invested in actual doing things to improve their community and translate words into action? Rotaract members know how to have fun doing this. We also host social events—sometimes with our partner Rotary Club members—and hope you see the value in realizing that your time in college has not just transformed your life, but it has also had a positive impact on the communities and organizations/clubs we work with.

Application Assessment

We take our commitment to the communities we serve, seriously. Therefore, we have a vetting process for applicants so they know they have earned their place in an organization where leadership, service, and  teamwork aren't just buzz words.

Applicants are required to help core team members plan, organize, and execute two major events during which their individual contributions, skills, and team skills are assessed by their peers. If they pass this test, they are accepted as members.

Stories From Around the World

Dr. Omolola Salako, Nigeria

“Being at the Rotary Family Health Days was a wonderful experience. I have always known about Rotary. In 2020, soon after the lockdown, we worked together on a prostate cancer screening program. This year, we partnered with Rotary at the two sites in Ikeja and set up our mobile screening units."
